Remember, cautiousness is wise with “add signals” at current levels. Had one taken the original signals on Tuesday one would be nicely green and sitting pretty. If one does trade these subsequent signals as I do, which are “add signals”, one must realise that it’s an aggressive move and tight stops and breakeven after early profit is the wisest approach to trading them. It’s normal for a market to retrace as it moves bullishly in a trend. An add is at risk of catching that retracement, thus the logic for cautiousness and tight stops with these “add signals”.
